Watson-Marlow’s extended vary of PROFINET-enabled process pumps for digital community management means customers no longer need digital gateways, adaptors or expensive PLC interface cards. Instead, by using pressure gauge as a gateway to sensor knowledge, it is potential to reduce back system price and complexity.
The pumps embrace network allotting capabilities, allowing customers to create allotting and dosing recipes which may be managed and adjusted remotely or through the pump HMI. This capability ensures accurate and repeatable dosing and filling for optimal process efficiency.
The pumps function a direct interface to third-party stress and flow sensors. This prolonged, good communication capability allows users to read info across their network through the pump. It is also possible to set local control limits, offering a simple, cost-effective method to safeguard process integrity by way of independent performance monitoring
